2 Double-click a menu item to open its Translate

Text dialog.

3 Type the replacement text in the Translation

area of the dialog. The "&" indicates that the

character immediately following is underscored

for use as an Alt + Key entry (hot key). Care

should be used not to duplicate the same charac-

ter in the grouping.

4 The Apply to all identical originals check box in

the lower left corner of the window globally

applies the tranlated phrase throughout the

system and in doing so the Translated box

reflects how many lines were translated.
